The TSO provides support for MCM to client teams, field
technicians, and customers. The TSO will bill customers for support
on a time and materials basis if the following conditions exist:
• Customers do not have a current maintenance agreement
• Customers do not procure and install the required systems
and software as defined in the VisAbility Management
Provisioning Package
• Customers request support that is outside the purchase
agreement
The TSO does not support hardware or software that customers
purchase from third-party vendors.
