Parameter: Offset

Packet Capture supports four Offset parameters.

Default: None

Options: Limited to size of buffer

Function: Sets the offset, in bytes, from the reference point to the packet. The byte

that the offset points to is the first byte in the packet that will be checked

for a match.

Instructions: Refer to the media you are filtering in the section “Media-Specific

Instructions and Examples” on page B-51.
