About this book
Note:
Note: Every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy of the contents of this document.
However, many components are subject to change because of the evolving
needs of the business.
The Getting Started With Remote Feature Activation (RFA) guide has been developed to
provide information about RFA supported products in RFA. It is not intended to replace
high-level technical information that is available from various documentation guides.
This document is to be used by Avaya Services and Avaya BusinessPartners as an aid to:
● Understand the terms and procedures used in RFA
● Clarify the responsibilities of the RFA user
● Identify the browser requirements for accessing RFA
● Provide basic general directions for accessing and using RFA
● Provide information for each Avaya family supported by RFA
Please read this Getting Started With RFA guide before attempting to implement a solution for
an RFA supported product.
