This guide describes the Bay Command Console (BCC

™

)

show

commands for the

following services:

• Internet Protocol (IP)

• Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)

• Distance Vector Multicast Routing Protocol (DVMRP)

• Generic Routing Encapsulation (GRE)

• Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP)

• Network Address Translation (NAT)

• Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)

Before You Begin

Before using this guide, you must complete the following procedures. For a new

router:

• Install the router (see the installation guide that came with your router).

• Connect the router to the network and create a pilot configuration file (see

Quick-Starting Routers, Configuring BayStack Remote Access, or Connecting

ASN Routers to a Network).

Make sure that you are running the latest version of Bay Networks

BayRS

™

and

BCC software. For information about upgrading BayRS and the BCC, see the

upgrading guide for your version of BayRS.
