1. In the Configuration Manager window, click on the Empty Dual Ethernet

Module (Slot 1, PCI Slot 1, Module 1).

The Module List window for the Passport 5430 opens (Figure 2-21)

Select Dual Ethernet from the Modules list.

3. Click on OK.

You return to the Configuration Manager window, which now displays the

interfaces for the selected module.

4. If the Passport 5430 contains an ATM T1/E1 module (Slot 1, PCI slot 1,

Module 2) do the following:

a. Click on the Empty ATM T1/E1 module in the Configuration

Manager window.

The Module List window for the Passport 5430 opens (Figure 2-21)

b. Select ATM T1/E1.

c. Click on OK.
