Editing SMDS Parameters

This chapter provides details on how to edit SMDS parameters for the SMDS

interfaces on your router.

Access SMDS parameters from the Conﬁguration Manager window (Figure

4-1).

Refer to Conﬁguring Routers or Conﬁguring Customer Access and Trunks (BNX

Software), depending on the type of installed software, for instructions on how to

access this window.

Note: You must have already conﬁgured at least one SMDS interface on the

router to edit SMDS parameters. If you have not yet conﬁgured an SMDS

interface, or want to add additional interfaces, see Conﬁguring Routers or

Conﬁguring Customer Access and Trunks (BNX Software), depending on the

type of installed software.
