Parameter: ILMI VCI
Path: Configuration Manager > Protocols > ATM > ILMI Signaling
Default: 16
Options: 1 to 65535
Function: Specifies the virtual channel identifier (VCI) for the ILMI VC.
Instructions: Accept the default, 16, or enter a value from 1 to 65535.
MIB Object ID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.4.23.1.9.1.9
Caution: The signaling VC (0/5) and the ILMI VC (0/16) are reserved. These
VCs remain in an operational state as long as signaling is enabled on the ATM
interface. Because most ATM devices use these VPI/VCI pairs for signaling,
Bay Networks recommends that you not change these values.
Parameter: ILMI Get Timer
Path: Configuration Manager > Protocols > ATM > ILMI Signaling
Default: 3
Options: 1 to 120
Function: Specifies the ILMI Get Request timer value (in seconds). The Get Request timer
sets the amount of time allowed to receive a GET_RESPONSE message after
sending a GET_REQUEST message.
Instructions: Accept the default, 3, or enter a value from 1 to 120.

Parameter: ILMI Get Retry Count
Path: Configuration Manager > Protocols > ATM > ILMI Signaling
Default: 3
Options: 1 to 100
Function: Specifies the number of retransmissions of the ILMI GET_REQUEST message
before the link is considered down.
Instructions: Accept the default, 3, or enter a value from 1 to 100.
