6-4 Troubleshooting BCMS Vu Installation

For Windows NT 4.0:

Received a message

reporting a virtual

memory error or

Memory Allocation

error

Insufficient memory

allocated for paging

file size.

Always use at least

the file size

recommended by

Windows.

1.Select Control

Panel/System/

Performance.

2.On the

“Performance” tab,

in the “Virtual

Memory” box,

select Change.

3.In the box labeled

“Total Paging File

Size for all Drives,”

note the number

next to

“Recommended.”

4.Enter this number

in the box labeled

“Maximum Size

(MB).”

5.Select Set.

6.Exit the “Control

Panel.”
