Specifying the Percentage of Buffers Available to ARP
By default, ARP can use 100 percent of the available buffers for saving buffers
when resolving ARP requests.
You can use Site Manager to specify the percentage of buffers available to ARP.
Site Manager Procedure
You do this System responds
1. In the Configuration Manager window,
choose
Protocols
.
The Protocols menu opens.
2. Choose
IP
. The IP menu opens.
3. Choose
Global
. The Edit IP Global Parameters window
opens.
4. Set the
Percentage of ARP Buffers
parameter. Site Manager: Percentage of
ARP Buffers parameter: page A-46
5. Click on
OK
. Site Manager returns you to the
Configuration Manager window.
