VTCPD Features User Manual

ISSUE-SEND-RECEIVE (ISR)

The ISSUE-SEND-RECEIVE model assumes the ideal situation, that all host data is

solicited or that the application knows (or assigns) the Message ID field.

This may be not the case for host driven applications when the host assigns Message

ID. In these cases, the host may need to execute on any available phone line so the

ISSUE-RECEIVE-SEND model has to be used.

A typical application ISSUE-SEND-RECEIVE scenario includes:
