Function: Identifies the primary source of the timing signals, as follows:
Instructions: Specify the source of the primary transmit clock.

Function: Identifies the secondary source of the timing signals, as follows:
The router uses the secondary clock only when the primary clock
becomes unavailable.
Instructions: Specify the source of the secondary transmit clock.
