About Time Trace Reports 5
Time Trace Reports show the value of a single attribute (for example, Call
Waiting, Average Speed of Answer) for a single measured entity (agent,
split/skill, or VDN) over a period of time. The value of the attribute is
represented by the height of the trace above the baseline. Time is
represented by distance along the baseline.
