Troubleshooting
One or more of the
following happens:
• Clients “freeze” for
over a minute, then
post error message
telling that network
connection from
Server is broken, yet
in the configuration
diagram the Server
indicates that Cli-
ents are still con-
nected.
• Server “freezes”
and takes inordi-
nately long time to
display menu items.
• Server connectivity
icons (three icons at
right end of taskbar)
blink slowly.
Server connection to
network is broken.
Stop the Server application
and restart it. Server and
Client programs should
recover.
