Customizing SVCs

Finally, configure the local address for the service record you just added (for
example,
box; serial/1/2; frame-relay/1/2; service/8.0.32). To do so, enter:
svc-local-address <
address
>
address
can be any valid X.121 or E.164 format address.
For example, the following commands specify a local address in X.121 or E.164
format:
myservice/8.0.32#
svc-local-address e164, 1234567, 1234567, International
myservice/8.0.32#

Using Site Manager
To add service records to a frame relay interface, complete the following tasks:

Protocols

The Protocols menu opens.
2. Choose
Frame Relay
. The Frame Relay menu opens.
3. Choose
Services
. The Frame Relay Service List window
opens.
4. Set the
SVC Support
parameter to
Enable
. Click on
Help
or see the
parameter description on page A-36.
The SVC parameters become available.
5. Set the following parameters:
• SVC Local Party Number
•
SVC Local Party Sub-Address
(optional)
• SVC Local Party Number Plan
• SVC Local Party Type of Number
Click on
