Customizing Frame Relay Interfaces

Using Site Manager

To configure the polling interval, error threshold, full enquiry interval, and

monitored events, complete the following tasks:

Site Manager Procedure

You do this System responds

1. In the Configuration Manager window,

click on a port configured for frame relay.

The Edit Connector window opens.

2. Click on

Edit Circuit

. The Frame Relay Circuit Definition

window opens.

3. Click on

Interfaces

. The Frame Relay Interface List window

opens.

4. Set the following parameters:

• Polling Interval

• Full Enquiry Interval

• Error Threshold

• Monitored Events

Click on

Help

or see the parameter

descriptions beginning on page A-7.

5. Click on

Apply

6. Click on

Done

. You return to the Frame Relay Circuit

Definition window.

7. Click on

Done

. You return to the Configuration Manager

window.
