One method of implementing X.25 over the D channel is to configure PDN
service. Another method of implementing X.25 over the D channel is to use IPEX
single node switching.
For information about X.25 packet configuration, PDN service, and IPEX single
node switching, see Configuring X.25 Services.
Figure 5-8
shows how X.25 is implemented over the D channel using PDN
service.

Configuring X.25 Service over the D Channel
You enable the X.25 over the D Channel feature for each BRI line. You can also
configure multiple D channel interfaces with X.25. For configuration instructions,
see “Configuring X.25 over a D Channel (BRI only)” on page 9-44.
