When you try to open a

historical report, the

following error message

appears:

"There is no default print-

er. To install and select a

default printer, open the

Start button, choose Set-

tings. Select Printers and

then select Add Printer."

No printer is administered

for the PC. Before you can

open a historical report, a

fictitious printer name must

be administered and made

the default printer, even if

no printer is available to the

PC.

9. If the printer driver is

already installed on your

hard drive, the printer

administration will be

completed.

If Windows 95 or 98 was in-

stalled on your hard drive from

a compact disc, but printer

drivers were not installed, in-

sert the compact disc that con-

tains the Windows 95 program

into your compact disc drive.

Be sure the correct path to the

drive is in the text window and

select "Next." The printer ad-

ministration will be completed.

If Windows 95 or 98 was in-

stalled on your hard drive from

a network drive, enter the path

to the network drive directory

that contains the Windows 95

or 98 program and select

"Next." The printer adminis-

tration will be completed.

For PCs using Windows 2000

or NT 4.0:

1. Select "Start/

Settings/Printers."

2. In the "Printers" window

select "Add Printer."
